HELP POPSYSCALL Steven Hardy, March 1982

This variable, if set to TRUE, will cause the mishap message printing
procedure SYSPRMISHAP to include in the calling sequence all procedures that
begin with "sys" or "ved" together with <false> for any procedures whose
PDPROPS are FALSE. (Further, if set to an integer, POPSYSCALL will cause
SYSPRMISHAP to print even unnamed system functions by their hexadecimal
addresses.)

POPSYSCALL is user-assignable, and its default is FALSE.
