I suspect the original alpha poplog was produced on a 32 bit sparc
running solaris. So maybe you can use any running poplog.

I wonder if there's some connection with the fact that I cannot
send you email. Your domain seems to be unreachable, e.g.

Maybe you are using a service that is not properly registered on the
internet, at least according to the requirements of our security
systems?
