I'm pretty sure I used pkzip from a dos prompt when I had windows. 
Version
2.50 for dos is available free from http://www.pkware.com/downloads/ . 
Version 2.50 for solaris unix works on that file, but I don't know
whether the version numbers for unix and dos mean the same thing.  Worth
a try though.  Type:

pkzip -extract <filename>

Presumably the name pcwin15.5.zip will cause trouble under dos/windows
because it contains two dots.  Does it get converted to something else
when you download?
