If it is a bug at all it would be a bug in majordomo -- though maybe
there is a way of specifying list properties for majordomo.

(My impression is that majordomo is not nearly as versatile as some
other other mailing list packages.)

People who post to pop-forum can set the Reply-To field if they
wish, if their mail front end allows it.

Most just don't bother.

Perhaps we should encourage this.

In Ved it would be easy to set a command to add to the header:

    Reply-To: pop-forum@cs.bham.ac.uk

As far as I can tell, pine does not allow insertion of a reply-to field.

It's not an issue when responding to a comp.lang.pop message in a news
browser (e.g. ved_gn, ved_followup), since one can only post news to a
news group not an individual.
