Aren't there lots? .... oh, you mean written in pop11? But why?
Why not use a professionally produced library? Does your computer centre
have NAG? If you have to do it yourself, why not have a look at
"Numerical recipes in C" (CUP I think) - you might find something worth
retyping from that, which you can link into poplog.
You don't say if you need to do the statistics crunching at run time as
part of some larger program, if not, have you looked at standalone
packages?
