OK. I have created a directory

    http://www.cs.bham.ac.uk/research/poplog/winpop/

In it there's a short AREADME.html file and Roger's init.p file

If other people have goodies specifically useful for PC windows/NT
Poplog users, send them to me and I'll put them there with a comment
in the AREADME.html file.

You can save me time if you include a short html paragraph
describing the file, so that I can copy that straight into the
AREADME file.

The section on PC windows poplog in

    http://www.cs.bham.ac.uk/research/poplog/freepoplog.html

now refers to the winpop subdirectory.
