If you wish to use poplog with a graphic interface then you will
have to run it on a linux or unix system.

If you can get linux running on your PC it should be far more robust
and reliable than Windows. And it is completely free of charge.

Not that I know of. Someone may one day development one, but I don't
know of any work in progress.
