Apres nous le deluge.....

It appears that the big problem has been that Hugh's email address
makes European mail servers go off in the corner for a quiet weep and
a long lie down (something to do with "ee" being a valid domain name
for Estonia, "su" being the same thing for the ex-Soviet Union, and
both "oz" and "au" meaning "Austrlia").

I've forwarded Hugh's message to the Poplog mailing list, and as far
as I can tell Hugh should by now have had at least 3 faxes from
various people, and (just possibly) a nice collection of apologetic
eMails. You will get a Poplog. It Is Written (tm). Since you're an
Overseas' university, it's ISL who are responsible for supplying you.
They are now suitably motivated. Apologies for any inconvenience.
Normal Service will be resumed as soon as possible.
