You'll get different answers from different people, and ultimately
you'll just have to make up your own mind (perhaps on the basis of
other things, e.g. the quality of the rest of the syllabus, how good
the resources are, the quality of the teachers -- if you can find
out, etc.)

One of the subsections compares Pop-11 to other AI and non-AI
languages. However it was written several years ago and some bits
may be out of date: new languages come on the scene and use of Java
has grown enormously since the primer was written.
