I found afterwards that I had made a mistake while fixing the dials
package. However it worked fine if you used only 180 degree (i.e.
semi-circular) dials. Dials with different shapes were not drawn
properly. This is now fixed, though the documentation is still
incomplete, and there are still a few loose ends in the code,
to do with undrawing dials.

The examples in TEACH rc_control_panel showing the new syntax for
attaching reactors to sliders or dials, all work.
