<ESC>n moves the cursor to the next asterisk ("*"), which is what marks
a hyperlink in Poplog documentation. Then <ESC>h will follow the
hyperlink. I hope that's what you meant. (If you actually want to follow
a hyperlink defined by a URL, that's another matter and I don't think
there's an easy way to do it unfortunately.)

When writing or examining a program, I find I often put the cursor on
the name of a procedure or syntax word and hit <ESC>h to find the
documentation for it.
