I have heard that the current version of linux poplog does not work
on Linux 6.x. I don't know why, and I don't know how long it will
take to fix that.
It definitely runs on Redhat 5.2. I don't know about other versions.
Sparc/Solaris poplog does not seem to have the same compatibility
problems: old versions seem to run on new releases of the operating
system. Sun seem to be more careful about backward compatibility
than the linux developers.
