Try the Birmingham Poplog ftp directory

    ftp://ftp.cs.bham.ac.uk/pub/dist/poplog/

There is an emacs subdirectory containing a copy of the Poplog
"contrib" emacs directory provided by Richard Caley.

It is also available in a compressed tar file

    emacstar.gz

Some colleagues are working on an improved Emacs interface for
Poplog users, but I don't know when it will be ready.

PS your local news posting software does not provide your email
address in the From: line, so if you want email responses you'll
have to post the address yourself.
