I've just fixed a significant bug in popvision/lib/arraysample.p.

The help, C source and object files are unaffected and don't need to
be copied.

The new file has been installed at

The "revision note" states

Fixed following bug: when output array and input array shared
storage and the only operation was a shift, no operations were
carried out. At the same time simplified -sortdims- and reordered
the tests in the main loop of -arraysample- to put termination test
        ahead of shift test.

The popvision.tar.gz file has been rebuilt. See
