Laventhol's book is more of a straight introduction to Pop-11

	Laventhol, J. Programming in POP-11 Blackwell Scientific
    Publications Ltd 1987.

You might also be interested in Aaron Sloman's Pop-11 Primer which
covers the more modern aspects of Pop-11. It's available from:
