Probably worth a bug report as any windowing (phew, I almost typed 'windows'
then :) interface designer should include 'keyboard accelerators' so that all
functions that aren't inherently graphical can be operated from the keyboard.
Thats the theory anyway and MS windows has always adheared to it although I
gather early Macs had a similar problem in not allowing keyboard only
operation.

GUIs are alright, but the interface should not be fascist in nature by *only*
allowing graphical operation.
