I got it from
ftp://ftp.bel-epa.com/pub/poplog/new/pcwin15.5.zip
which is from 2001 (I think). However, there is no setup.exe in this archive
but I don't want to get bugs of 1998. So I'll try further to fix the
problems of the the newer version.
Poplog seems to be currently unmainted?
