Speaking as a commercial user of Poplog, the only reasons for making the
source code available is to improve the quality of bug reports (by
including fixes) and to provide quick work-arounds. I can't afford to
use undocumented features, unfortunately.
This unfortunately means that I can't justify paying much money for the
sources. Presumably ISL would be very reluctant to release sources without
mucho moola exchanging hands (but as they don't read this we'll never know.)
So the short answer is YES but, as it isn't worth a lot directly,
it isn't likely to happen for commercial users.
