At Birmingham the RCLIB library defines the following

define rc_destroy();
	XptDestroyWindow(rc_window);
enddefine;

You can get the whole library from the tar file

    ftp://ftp.cs.bham.ac.uk/pub/dist/poplog/rctar.gz

(I have recently fixed a bug in the way sliders are displayed and
made it much easier to associate sliders with variable values in
control panels).
