I *want* feature-rich languages. The feature-poor ones just end up
with complicated libraries, post-hoc extensions, and scissors [1].
Pop11 doesn't have a sharp distinction between "reserved words" and
"extensions". They're just syntax words.

*Some* core could. Whether it would be an interesting and useful
core is a separate question.
[1] Because the designers want to make it easier for the users to
bald themselves than by tearing their hair out.
