Thanks Aaron, I do need the documentation for that library.

Some of the researchers at the Open University developed an blackboard
system using poplog some years ago. I am now migrating the system to a
PC running Linux for my non-destructive evaluation project. The named
library was used to handle graphics. It seems I may have to rewrite
that part of code. Anyway, I'll let the group know the progress.

Best Regards,

Patrick.

I wonder how you came across it. That's part of the ancient
     PWM
system -- Poplog Window Manager -- which pre-dated the X
     window
system, openlook, motif, etc. It used Xview.

I would be very surprised if it still works. The sources and
documentation should all be in this directory
         http://www.cs.bham.ac.uk/research/poplog/src/master/C.pwm

and the file you want is presumably this:

     http://www.cs.bham.ac.uk/research/poplog/src/master/C.pwm/lib/pwm/pwmgfxrasterop.p

     which refers to this

     http://www.cs.bham.ac.uk/research/poplog/src/master/C.pwm/lib/pwm/pwmrasterop.p
