OK, I will nitpick on this one :)
I could specifically remove csh from my system if I wanted to, and it's
reasonable to assume that if I could, then someone will. Given that
it's a simple test, I thought I might as well put the check in.
To be fair, I didn't know that the bash/sh script versions existed when
I first started writing the script, so "requires csh/tcsh" is an
overstatement I probably wouldn't have made otherwise.
That said, the bash script `poplog.sh` seems to require pre-set
environment variables, whereas `poplog` doesn't. Is that fair? If so,
which ones specifically are needed?
