    'your string here'.stringin.incharitem.pdtolist.expandlist

assuming that you want < and > as separate tokens.

[
    stringin: string -> character repeater
    incharitem: character repeater -> item repeater
    pdtolist: Spoo repeater -> Spoo dynamic list
    expandlist: Spoo [dynamic] list -> Spoo static list
]
