When I rebuilt pop to use motif I put the binaries and psv files in
non-standard directories and then modified $usepop/pop/com/popenv so
that it would select the openlook or motif version depending on an
environmetal variable (usepopmotif).
I wish the poplog file structure could be soretedout so that we do not have
to have full poplog tress for each OS, ARCH and widget set.
